About Onix
Recruitment with a wider view.
A specialist search practice connecting technical people with the organisations and projects that need them.
Our foundation
Founded in 2013. Based in Marbella.
Onix Recruitment specialises in recruiting skilled professionals for the oil & gas, engineering, shipping & maritime, petrochemical and construction industries.
Our work spans Switzerland, the Netherlands and the wider US and EMEA region. We recruit at director, senior, middle and junior levels, bringing together permanent and contract solutions for clients and candidates.
With offices based in Spain, the Netherlands, the UK and Oman, our multilingual consultants and research team take a proactive networking approach to search and selection.
How we think
Context first.
We start with the working environment, not just the title: the site, project, vessel or plant and the skills the assignment actually demands.
Research and direct conversations help us reach specialists whose experience might not appear in a conventional applicant pool.
Our base
Marbella, Malaga.
